Solea raises $10M to do the office work for pest control companiesRead the announcementRead more

Get the yes signed before you leave.

Build the proposal from your own plans and prices and send it as a contract. They sign on their phone and add a payment method, and the plan goes live as soon as they finish.

The job today

Sound familiar?

“I write proposals in one tool and retype them in another.”

The price and discount get typed twice, and after the yes someone rebuilds the plan by hand.

“In season, I lose track of who called which lead back.”

Leads sit with no owner, and the ones that wait longest go to whoever calls them first.

“They say yes, then wait a week for someone to book them.”

Every day between the signature and the first visit is a day the customer can cool off or cancel.

What changes

From yes to a plan on the books

Estimates & invoices

Proposals from your own plans and prices

Pick a plan template and a price tier, then add a discount and an expiry date. The proposal sits on the deal in your pipeline, so nothing gets retyped after the yes.

  • Price tiers from your templates, or custom pricing
  • Discounts recorded as discounts, not edited prices
  • A list of proposals expiring this week

Billing & payments

Signed on their phone, with a payment method on file

Send the proposal as a contract. They open the link, sign, and add a payment method in the same flow. The proposal is accepted and the plan goes live.

  • Email the contract or open the link on your screen
  • Choose whether signing asks for a payment method
  • See when it was sent, viewed and signed

Scheduling & dispatch

Book the first visit in the best open slot

Signing activates the plan. Book the initial visit from open slots sorted by the drive time they add, and the visits after that schedule themselves.

  • Signing wins the deal and activates the plan
  • Open slots sorted by the drive time they add
  • Later visits schedule themselves from there

A day with Solea

A sales day with Solea

The Triage page lists leads with no activity in 7 days, deals with no owner, and proposals that expire this week.

  2. 9:30 AM

    Book the inspection

A new lead wants a termite inspection. Book it from the opportunity with the guided booking flow.

  3. 11:15 AM

    Proposal at the kitchen table

Pick the plan and its price tier, add a new-customer discount and an expiry date, then send it as a contract.

  4. 11:40 AM

    Signed before you leave

They sign on their phone and add a payment method. The deal is won, the plan goes live, and you book the first visit.

  5. 4:30 PM

    Check your numbers

Close rate by sales rep shows your wins. Completed Appointments by Sales Rep shows your completed visits and what's been paid.

What stays yours

The conversation, the price and the close. You pick the plan, the tier and any discount, and you decide when a deal is lost. Solea keeps the paperwork, the follow-up list and the plan setup off your plate.

FAQ

Questions sales reps ask first

You’ll talk to people who know how a pest control office actually runs.

Talk to us

Yes. Email the contract and they sign from their phone, or open the signing link on your own screen and hand it over. They sign and add a payment method, and you see when it was sent, viewed and signed.

The proposal is accepted, the opportunity is marked won, and the draft plan goes live with your discount carried over. If you required a payment method and they skipped it, the plan waits until they add one. You book the initial visit from open slots, and the visits after that schedule themselves.

Not a separate one. Reps work leads, proposals and contracts in the Solea web app, which you can open on a phone, and customers sign on any phone from the link.

It shows the inputs, not the payout. Completed Appointments by Sales Rep lists finished visits under the rep who sold the plan, with revenue and what's been paid. Close rate by sales rep shows your wins, and a deal can credit more than one rep.

Leads you add with a source, and leads from a connected Scorpion account. Work them in a table or a pipeline from New to Won. Already quoting in SmarterLaunch? It connects to Solea, and signed contracts file onto the customer's record.
