What it handles

Full routes, fewer miles, no dragging

Book the right slot first

Every open slot shows the technician, arrival window and the drive time it adds to that route.

Keep every customer’s preferences

Preferred, required and blocked days guide booking, and time or technician locks hold when routes are optimized.

Rebuild routes when plans change

Mark a shift sick and the nightly run moves the work, or re-run optimization for just the technicians you pick.

Fix tomorrow before it starts

Tomorrow’s Urgent flags confirmed visits that are unassigned or have issues, the day before.

How it works

Your rules in, tight routes out

  1. 1
    Set the rules once

Set shifts, skills, arrival windows, regions and priorities. Solea tunes how much drive time, workload and visit count matter with you at onboarding.

  2. 2
    Auto-Scheduling runs overnight

Each night it places due and unassigned work into routes and leaves anything inside your freeze window alone.

  3. 3
    Dispatchers fine-tune the board

See every route on one map, reschedule from slots that fit, lock a time or technician and recalculate a route in a click.

You stay in control

Dispatchers lock a visit’s time or technician, set a freeze window the optimizer won’t touch, and can preview any optimization as a dry run before it changes a route.

Every route on one map with miles and travel time, plus the path driven.

Switching

Switching is the scary part. We made it the easy part.

Your history comes with you, your office practices on a working account first, and a named person stays with you from start to finish.

FAQ

Questions offices ask before switching

You’ll talk to people who know how a pest control office actually runs.

Your rules constrain it. Locked times and technicians, required skills, working hours and customer blocked days always hold. Regions hold when you set them to Enforced, and the freeze window keeps near-term visits out of the nightly run. Preview any run as a dry run before it changes a route.

Yes. Routes are optimized on the drive time between every pair of stops, and every suggested slot shows the drive time it adds. The route map lists each tech’s travel time.

Yes. Preferred, required and blocked days are shown and prioritized in booking, and a visit locked to its technician or time window stays put when routes are optimized.

Shifts can be marked not bookable, so the scheduler won’t give that tech customer stops, and capacity-based services enforce daily slot limits when booking. Squeezing an emergency into a full day takes Force fit, which your office turns on.

Mark their shift Sick. The nightly run moves their work to other techs, or run optimization for that day to do it now. Anything that can’t be placed goes to the job pool, where you can reschedule it in bulk and text those customers at once.
