Yes. Solea is end-to-end field service management (FSM) software for pest control, and it replaces your current system instead of sitting on top of it. It covers customer records, AI call answering and a shared inbox, scheduling, dispatch and routing, capacity planning, the tech app, inspections and device scanning, chemical tracking, estimates and contracts, invoicing and payments, collections, multi-location and reporting. Every part works from the same live customer record, so nothing is typed twice.

A customer calls at 9 PM about ants. Not to run the operation. Scheduling, routing, field work, billing, collections and reporting all run in Solea, and the AI voice agent answers your calls. Card and bank payments run through Stripe, leads come in from Scorpion, and Sentricon sites are managed inside Solea. Solea doesn’t sync with accounting software; it exports to CSV for your accountant.

We migrate customers, properties, service history, recurring plans and open balances, give your team a working account on your real data before go-live, and run in parallel with a named person until the office is comfortable.
